XL-4543PDC is a 4543-packaged infrared phototransistor, measuring 4.8×4.4×8.7×1.5mm with a black colloid. It has a collector-emitter voltage of 30V, emitter-collector voltage of 5V, operating temperature range of -20~+85℃ (storage: -40~+85℃); photocurrent of 25-45μA (typical 35μA, compatible with 940nm infrared light), maximum dark current of 30nA, peak response wavelength of 940nm, spectral bandwidth of 700-1100nm, typical rise/fall time of 30nS, junction capacitance of 30pF (f=1MHz), viewing angle of ±60°, forward voltage of 0.7-5V (Ir=10mA), and reverse voltage of 30V. Soldering requires reflow 260℃≤6s or manual 300℃≤3s. Ideal for medical equipment, infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, infrared photoelectric switches, etc.
