Job Responsibilities
(1)Team Management & Performance Achievement
1. Responsible for the establishment, training, daily management and performance appraisal of the foreign trade team; lead the team to achieve the annual sales and payment collection targets of LED beads.
2. Formulate customer development plans and regional market strategies, supervise implementation, and review performance completion results.
(2)Overseas Customer Development & Maintenance
1. Develop overseas customers including lighting manufacturers, traders, engineering contractors and distributors; expand application markets such as general lighting, landscape lighting, plant lighting and display backlighting.
2. Acquire new customers through B2B platforms, exhibitions, social media and industry channels; maintain relationships with key major clients to increase repurchase rate and order volume.
(3)Product Quotation & Business Negotiation
1. Be familiar with LED bead product parameters (packaging, color temperature, CRI, voltage, brightness, power, etc.); independently complete quotation, sample application and sample follow-up.
2. Establish the pricing system based on cost, exchange rate and market conditions; take the lead in major customer negotiation and contract signing to improve order gross profit margin.
(4)Full-process Order Control
1. Responsible for order placement, production schedule follow-up, quality inspection and shipment arrangement; coordinate factory, procurement, warehouse, logistics and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Handle full-process foreign trade affairs including customs declaration, commodity inspection, logistics, foreign exchange settlement and export tax rebate; verify documents such as packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
(5)Risk Control & After-sales Handling
1. Control risks regarding order delivery time, product quality and foreign exchange collection; handle overseas customers’ quality objections, after-sales complaints, return and replacement requests.
2. Keep track of certification requirements (CE, RoHS, FCC, etc.) and tariff policies of target markets to avoid trade risks.
(6)Market & Competitor Analysis
Collect overseas LED industry trends, competitor information and price trends; regularly deliver business reports and market analysis to provide suggestions for the company’s marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Over 3 years of foreign trade business working experience; candidates with experience in LED bead/lighting industry are preferred, as well as those with foreign trade experience in electronics or semiconductor industry.
2. At least 1 year of foreign trade team management experience; capable of independent customer development, major order negotiation and overall team coordination.
3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; able to conduct independent email communication, exhibition business talks and commercial negotiations; CET-4 or above required.
4. Familiar with the whole international trade process: quotation, contract, letter of credit, T/T payment, customs declaration, logistics, foreign exchange settlement, export tax rebate, etc.
5. Basic knowledge of electronic components and LED products; familiarity with B2B platform operation, exhibition development and customer follow-up process is preferred.
6. Strong goal orientation and pressure resistance; excellent capabilities in business negotiation, cross-departmental coordination and team management.
7. Meticulous and rigorous in work with a strong sense of responsibility; strong awareness in controlling order delivery time, product quality and payment collection.
8. Candidates with existing customer resources in overseas lighting engineering, plant grow light and display backlight industries are preferred.
9. Familiar with export certifications and relevant standards such as CE, RoHS, FCC and ERP.
