Job Responsibilities

1. Achieve personal annual and monthly work goals and plans.


2. Source target clients from company-provided resources via phone calls and online communication, and conduct business development.


3. Conduct on-site visits to high-intention clients to secure orders and collect payments.


4. Take initiative in after-sales service, follow up on client operational results, provide renewal and upgrade solutions, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.


5. Establish and maintain long-term stable and close cooperative relationships with clients.


Job Requirements


1. Presentable appearance, easy-going personality and professional business image.


2. College degree or above; outstanding candidates with high school / technical secondary school background are also acceptable. Possess logical business thinking and judgment ability.


3. Good coordination and interpersonal skills, able to provide comprehensive and high-quality service to clients.


4. Half a year or above working experience in electronic components sales with solid professional skills is preferred. Candidates without sales experience but self-motivated, willing to challenge high income and able to work under pressure are also welcome.

Salary & Working Terms

1. Salary: Internship salary: 5,000–8,000 RMB per month; formal salary to be negotiated upon confirmation.


2. Training System: One-on-one mentorship training for new hires, including professional skills and business operation sharing.


3. Working Hours: 9:00–12:00, 13:00–18:00; alternating single and double weekend days off.
