XL-3216PDC is a 1206-packaged phototransistor, measuring 3.2×1.6×0.8mm with a black colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 3, it’s suitable for SMT automatic production and reflow soldering. Operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with 2000V ESD protection. It has a peak sensitive wavelength of 880nm and photocurrent of 300-600μA (compatible with 850nm/940nm infrared light). Soldering requires reflow 260℃≤6s or manual 300℃≤3s. Ideal for intelligent appliance iris recognition, infrared luminescent micro light barriers, photoelectric switches, smoke detectors, etc.
