XL-1608PDC is a 0603-packaged phototransistor, measuring 1.6×0.8×0.6mm with a black colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 3, it’s suitable for SMT automatic production and reflow soldering. Operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with 2000V ESD protection. It has a peak sensitive wavelength of 880nm and photocurrent of 300-600μA (compatible with 850nm/940nm infrared light). Soldering requires reflow 260℃≤6s or manual 300℃≤3s. Ideal for medical equipment, infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, etc.
