XL-HD6070BGWC-A2A is a high-power (1W-class) ice-blue surface-mount light-emitting diode featuring a 6070 domed package with outline dimensions of 8.0×14.5×5.1 mm and clear encapsulation. It supports a non-polar (bipolar) design.
This is a high-temperature-resistant enhanced version with a maximum power dissipation increased to 1.2W and solder temperature resistance up to 260℃, suitable for demanding lighting-grade applications. RoHS compliant with moisture sensitivity level MSL 3, it is compatible with infrared reflow soldering processes.
