XL-HD6070BGWC-A2 is a high-power (1W) ice-blue surface-mount light-emitting diode featuring a 6070 domed package with outline dimensions of 8.0×14.5×5.1 mm and clear encapsulation. It supports a non-polar (bipolar) design.
As a power-type LED, it has a maximum forward current of up to 350 mA (peak pulse 1.4A) and delivers a luminous flux of 45~100 lumens, suitable for lighting-grade applications. RoHS compliant with moisture sensitivity level MSL 3, it is compatible with infrared reflow soldering processes.
