XL-HD3535RGBWC-A5 is a high-power 4‑color full‑color SMD LED in 3535 package (3.5×3.5×2.2 mm). It features clear encapsulation and a domed lens, integrating four independent red, green, blue, and white chips that can be individually controlled to realize full‑color mixing and independent white light output.
With a total power dissipation of up to 4W (1W per channel), it supports a maximum continuous current of 350 mA per channel and pulse driving capability up to 1.4 A per channel. Typical luminous flux: 50 lm red, 90 lm green, 25 lm blue, 100 lm white.
Built on an alumina ceramic substrate for excellent thermal performance, it is compatible with SMT reflow soldering, RoHS‑compliant, and moisture sensitivity level MSL 3. It is an ideal choice for mobile flash, decorative lighting, signal indicators and other applications demanding high brightness and versatile color performance.
