It complies with RoHS requirements, meets MSL Grade 3, adopts EIA standard packaging, and is suitable for SMT automatic placement and reflow soldering processes. Its maximum reverse voltage is 5V, operating temperature range is -40~+85℃, storage temperature range is -40~+100℃, and soldering temperature is 260℃≤6s. The response wavelength range is 400-1100nm, with photocurrent of 38-55μA (940nm), 20-25μA (525nm), and 29-35μA (660nm) respectively, maximum dark current of 20nA, and typical forward voltage of 0.7V.
