XL-IRM0038N is an infrared receiver head, integrated with a high-speed and high-sensitivity PIN photodiode and a low-power, high-gain preamplifier IC. It adopts epoxy resin plastic encapsulated semi-spherical packaging and dual internal/external shielding anti-interference design, certified by REACH and RoHS. With dimensions of 5.5×5.0×6.0×22.5mm, it has an operating voltage of 2.7-5.5V, operating current of 0.2-0.5mA (typical 0.3mA), reception distance of 10-12M at 0° (5-6M at ±35°), carrier frequency of 37.9KHZ, and outputs TTL/CMOS-compatible level (active low). Operating temperature range: -20~+85℃ (storage: -40~+125℃), soldering requirements: wave soldering 260℃≤6s or manual soldering 300℃≤3s.
