XL-B4020RGBC is a 4020-sized RGB SMD LED, featuring transparent epoxy encapsulation and EIA standard packaging, with an outline dimension of 4.0×2.0×1.7mm (L×W×H). It has the advantages of tri-color emission (Red/Green/Blue), compatibility with SMT automatic production, anti-static (2000V), strong stability, wide viewing angle (120°) and sufficient luminous flux. It meets ROHS environmental requirements and has a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of Grade 3.

The operating temperature range is -40℃~+85℃, and the storage temperature range is -40℃~+85℃. The forward operating current is 20mA for all three colors (Red/Green/Blue). The forward voltage is 1.9-2.3V for Red, and 3.0-3.4V for Green/Blue. The dominant wavelength is 620-625nm for Red, 515-530nm for Green, and 460-470nm for Blue. For soldering, reflow soldering at 260℃ for ≤6s and manual soldering at 300℃ for ≤3s are required, and the recommended maximum soldering temperature is 240±5℃/6s.

It is suitable for various scenarios such as channel lettering, signs, identifiers, advertising light boxes, lighting decorations, special clothing and arts & crafts.
