XL-HD3535HIRC-T4A2 is a 3535-packaged 850nm infrared emitting diode, featuring a 3535EMC package support and colorless transparent colloid. It boasts outstanding power and current specifications: power dissipation of 1000mW, maximum continuous forward current of 700mA, peak pulse forward current of 2000mA, and forward voltage of 1.4-2.3V (IF=350mA). With a radiant intensity of 180-300mW/Sr (typical 200mW/Sr, IF=350mA), peak wavelength of 855nm, half wave width of 35nm, 120° viewing angle, maximum reverse current of 10μA, junction temperature of 115℃, and excellent ESD protection. Both operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with reflow soldering requirement of 255℃≤6s.
