XL-304PDC is an F3-packaged infrared phototransistor, measuring 3.85×3.0×5.3×28mm with a black colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 2, it features long operating life, high energy efficiency and fast startup, and is compatible with EIA standard packaging. It has a collector-emitter voltage of 30V, emitter-collector voltage of 5V, operating temperature range of -20~+85℃ (storage: -40~+85℃), excellent ESD protection, maximum collector dark current of 100nA, typical rise/fall time of 3μS, and on-state collector current of 1-8mA (compatible with 940nm infrared light). Soldering requires wave soldering 240℃≤6s or manual soldering 300℃≤3s (soldering point ≥2.0mm from the bottom of the colloid). Ideal for medical equipment, infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, infrared photoelectric switches, etc.
