XL-2106HIRC-850 is a 0802-packaged 850nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 2.1×0.55×1.0mm with a transparent colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 3, it’s suitable for SMT automatic production and reflow soldering. It has a max forward current of 30mA, peak pulse current of 100mA, forward voltage of 1.0-1.5V, radiant intensity of 1-10mW/sr, 120° viewing angle, and 2000V ESD protection. Operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with soldering requirement of 260℃≤6s. Ideal for medical equipment, infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, etc.
