XL-TD3216IRC-940 is a 1206-sized spherical-head 940nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 3.2×1.6×1.96mm with a transparent colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 3, it’s suitable for SMT automatic production and reflow soldering. It has a max forward current of 30mA, peak pulse current of 100mA, forward voltage of 1.1-1.5V, radiant intensity of 15-30mW/sr, 30° narrow viewing angle (concentrated light), and 2000V ESD protection. Operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with soldering requirements of reflow 260℃≤6s or manual 300℃≤3s. Ideal for intelligent appliance iris recognition, infrared luminescent micro light barriers, photoelectric switches, smoke detectors, etc.
