XL-S3220PDC is a photoelectric sensor designed for health monitoring, with outline dimensions of 3.2×2.0×0.6mm. It complies with RoHS requirements, meets MSL Grade 3, adopts EIA standard packaging, and is suitable for SMT automatic placement and reflow soldering processes. Its reverse voltage is 5V, operating temperature range is -40~+85℃, storage temperature range is -40~+100℃, and soldering temperature is 260℃≤6s. The response wavelength range is 400-1100nm, with light current not less than 8μA (525nm/G), 10μA (655nm/R), and 11μA (940nm/IR) respectively, maximum dark current of 20nA, and half-sensitivity angle of ±60°.
