XL-DB3261SRBC is a 0.36-inch common anode dual-digit nixie tube with primary red light emission. It adopts a potting-type solid package, with overall dimensions of 15×14×7.2mm. It features low-voltage and low-current driving, ultra-fast light-emitting response (<0.1μs), excellent display performance and a wide viewing angle.
Its operating temperature range is -30℃~+70℃ and storage temperature range is -40℃~+85℃. The maximum forward current is 20mA, peak pulse current is 100mA and forward voltage is 2.0-2.6V. The typical luminous intensity is 20mcd, typical wavelength is 620nm and half-wave width is 20nm.
