XL-DB2181SRBC is a 0.28-inch common anode single-digit nixie tube with red light emission as the main feature. It adopts a potting-type solid package with the overall dimensions of 7.4×10×6.0mm. Featuring low-voltage and low-current driving as well as ultra-fast light-emitting response (<0.1μs), it has an operating temperature range of -30℃~+70℃ and a storage temperature range of -40℃~+85℃. The maximum forward current is 20mA, peak pulse current is 100mA, and forward voltage is 2.0-2.6V. Its typical luminous intensity is 20mcd, typical wavelength is 620nm, and half-wave width is 20nm. For soldering, it shall comply with the requirements of wave soldering (240℃ for ≤3s) and manual soldering (250℃ for ≤3s).
It is widely applicable to various scenarios including household appliances, health care equipment, smart home devices, Bluetooth speakers, industrial control systems and automotive instrument panels.
