XL-IRM1738 infrared receiver adopts a large‑volume epoxy encapsulated nose‑bridge package with dual internal and external shielding anti-interference design. It has a dimension of 6.7×5.3×4.5×22 mm (L×W×H×pin length), with an operating temperature range of -20℃ to +85℃ and a storage temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃. It features an operating current of 0.3–0.5 mA at VDD=5 V, a receiving distance of 6–8 m at 0° and 5–6 m at ±35°, a typical carrier frequency of 37.9 kHz and a BPF bandwidth of 6 kHz, with an output compatible with TTL/CMOS levels (active low).
