XL-TD3216PDC is a 1206-sized spherical-head phototransistor, measuring 3.2×1.6×1.96mm with a black colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 3, it’s suitable for SMT automatic production and reflow soldering. Operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with a peak sensitive wavelength of 880nm, high-sensitivity photocurrent of 4-6mA (compatible with 940nm infrared light), current amplification factor of 200-2300, and 2000V ESD protection. Soldering requires reflow 260℃≤6s or manual 300℃≤3s. Ideal for intelligent appliance iris recognition, infrared luminescent micro light barriers, photoelectric switches, smoke detectors, etc.
