
XL-TD3036HIR-T202 is a 3036-packaged 850nm infrared emitting diode (0.2W power, 60° viewing angle), measuring 3.5×2.8×2.1mm with a colorless transparent colloid and 3036 support. It has a power dissipation of 150mW, continuous forward current of 100mA, peak pulse current of 200mA (pulse width≤0.1ms, duty cycle≤1/10), forward voltage of 1.4-1.8V, typical radiant intensity of 35mW/sr (IF=100mA), peak wavelength of 850nm, half wave width of 40nm, and maximum reverse current of 1μA with excellent ESD protection. Both operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with soldering requirements of reflow 260℃≤5s or manual 300℃≤3s. Ideal for medical equipment, infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, infrared photoelectric switches, etc.
