
XL-3528HIR-T202 is a 3528 SMT-type 850nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 3.5×2.8×1.9mm with a transparent colloid. It has a power dissipation of 150mW, maximum continuous forward current of 100mA, peak pulse forward current of 200mA (pulse width≤0.1ms, duty cycle≤1/10); forward voltage of 1.4-1.9V (IF=50mA) and 1.4-2.0V (IF=100mA), radiant intensity of 5-15mW/Sr (IF=50mA, typical 10mW/Sr) and 15-25mW/Sr (IF=100mA, typical 20mW/Sr), peak wavelength of 840-860nm (typical 850nm), half wave width of 35nm, 125° viewing angle, and maximum reverse current of 10μA with excellent ESD protection. Both operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with soldering requirement of reflow 260℃≤6s. Ideal for medical equipment, infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, infrared photoelectric switches, etc.
