XL-2012IRC-940 is a 0805-packaged 940nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 2.0×1.2×0.8mm with a transparent colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 3, it’s suitable for SMT automatic production and reflow soldering. It has a max forward current of 30mA, peak pulse current of 100mA, forward voltage of 1.0-1.5V, radiant intensity of 1-5mW/sr, 120° viewing angle, and 2000V ESD protection. Operating and storage temperature ranges are -40~+85℃, with soldering requirement of 260℃≤6s. Ideal for infrared luminescent micro light barriers, floppy disk drivers, photoelectric switches, smoke detectors, etc.
