XL-4543IRC is a 4543-packaged 940nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 4.8×4.4×8.7×1.5mm with a transparent colloid. It has a power dissipation of 100mW, maximum continuous forward current of 20mA, peak pulse forward current of 1000mA, reverse voltage of 5V, and 2000V ESD protection. With a forward voltage of 1.2-1.4V (typical 1.2V, IF=20mA), radiant intensity of 45-75mW/Sr (typical 60mW/Sr, IF=20mA), 30° viewing angle, peak wavelength of 940nm, half wave width of 20nm, junction capacitance of 20pF (F=1MHZ), and maximum reverse current of 10μA. Operating temperature range is -25~+85℃ (storage: -40~+85℃), with soldering requirements of reflow 260℃≤6s or manual 300℃≤3s.
