XL-2520IRC/TR7 is a 2520-packaged (SMT small butterfly) 940nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 2.1×2.3×2.6×Ø1.8mm with a transparent colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 3, it’s compatible with EIA standard packaging and features long operating life, high energy efficiency and fast startup. It has a max continuous forward current of 35mA, peak pulse current of 100mA, forward voltage of 1.3-1.7V, radiant intensity of 3-10mW/sr (IF=20mA), 20° viewing angle, and 2000V ESD protection. Operating temperature range is -20~+85℃ (storage: -40~+85℃), with soldering requirement of 260℃≤6s. Ideal for medical equipment such as endoscopes and blood oximeters, as well as infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, infrared photoelectric switches, etc.
