XL-304IRC-940 is an F3-packaged 940nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 3.85×3.0×5.3×28mm with a transparent colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 2, it features high energy efficiency and fast startup, and is compatible with EIA standard packaging. It has a max continuous forward current of 30mA, peak pulse current of 100mA, forward voltage of 1.3-1.7V, typical radiant intensity of 12mW/Sr (IF=30mA), 30° viewing angle, and 2000V ESD protection. Operating temperature range is -25~+85℃ (storage: -40~+80℃), with soldering requirements of wave soldering 240℃≤5s or manual soldering 300℃≤3s (soldering point ≥2.0mm from the bottom of the colloid).
