XL-504IRC-940 is an F5-packaged 940nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 5.5×5.0×8.7×18mm with a transparent colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 2, it features high energy efficiency and fast startup, and is compatible with EIA standard packaging. It has a max continuous forward current of 30mA, peak pulse current of 100mA, forward voltage of 1.3-1.7V, typical radiant intensity of 10mW/Sr (IF=30mA), 35° viewing angle, and 2000V ESD protection. Operating temperature range is -20~+85℃ (storage: -40~+85℃), with soldering requirements of wave soldering 240℃≤6s or manual soldering 300℃≤3s (soldering point ≥2.0mm from the bottom of the colloid).
