XL-302HIRC-850 is an F3-packaged 850nm infrared emitting diode, measuring 3.85×3.0×5.3×18mm with a transparent colloid. Compliant with ROHS and MSL Grade 2, it features high energy efficiency and fast startup, and is compatible with EIA standard packaging. It has a max continuous forward current of 30mA, peak pulse current of 100mA, forward voltage of 1.3-1.7V, typical radiant intensity of 20mW/Sr (IF=30mA), 35° viewing angle, and 2000V ESD protection. Operating temperature range is -20~+85℃ (storage: -40~+85℃), with soldering requirements of wave soldering 240℃≤6s or manual soldering 300℃≤3s (soldering point ≥2.0mm from the bottom of the colloid). Ideal for medical equipment such as endoscopes and oximeters, as well as infrared remote controls, camera monitors, industrial control, infrared photoelectric switches, etc.
