XL-ITR2006ST30A/TR is a through-beam photoelectric switch, composed of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. With a cut-off wavelength of 940nm, it’s lead-free, RoHS compliant and MSL Grade 3. The input has a max forward current of 50mA and peak pulse current of 1A; the output has a collector-emitter voltage of 30V and photocurrent of 0.4-5.8mA. Operating temp: -20~+85℃, soldering temp: 260℃.
