XL-ITR9707 is a through-beam photoelectric switch, composed of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor, which are packaged side by side on the converging optical axis in a black thermoplastic housing. It only receives radiation from its own infrared emitting diode (unable to receive when blocked by objects). Featuring high reliability, high radiant intensity, low-voltage drive, fast response time and high photosensitivity, it has a cut-off visible wavelength of 940nm, uses lead-free materials, is RoHS compliant, and meets MSL Grade 2.
