Its outline dimension is 13.0×6.0×5.0mm (L×W×H).It features high reliability, high radiant intensity, low voltage drive, fast response speed (rise/fall time: 15μS), high sensitivity and excellent anti-interference capability. Manufactured with lead-free materials, it is RoHS compliant and has a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of Level 2.
