XL-ITR20005 is a through-beam photoelectric switch, composed of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. With a cut-off wavelength of 940nm, it’s lead-free, RoHS compliant and MSL Grade 2. The input has a max forward current of 50mA and peak pulse current of 1A; the output has a collector-emitter voltage of 35V and photocurrent of 0.5-20mA. Operating temp: -20~+85℃, soldering temp: 260℃.
